I recommend the little blue scrubby sponges. They are gentle on silver ware and cups. Recently I ran into an issue with the Eco friendly palmolive detergent. It baked soap to everything and the only way I was able to remove it was with the blue scrubby. It took a little elbo grease but didnot damage anything. Look for scrath resistant on the lable.
