reviewed June 13, 2008 at 10:51 pm The White-Rodgers 80 series is a very nice and simple type of thermostat. It allows you to set a program for different temperatures at several different times of day. I have it stay cold overnight, make sure it warms up the house sufficiently before we get up in the morning, stay warm during the day, and cool it down just before we get home so the house is sufficiently comfortable upon entry.
It's easy to program, and the temperature is also adjustable by the up and down arrows next to the display. I don't need any super fancy thermostats - this one does the job and I don't have any complaints. Simple is good!
