Very nice!

Very nice system.  Hard to swallow $20K but not too bad when on the home mortgage.  It was $14K more than the builder wanted to use and about $9K more than the upper line heat pump I was looking at.  If I'd used the builder's choice, I'd saved $82 on my monthly house payment.  Compared to the other unit I was looking at, I am paying $53 additional.  My neighbor keeps their thermostat about the same place we keep ours.  They are paying an average of $116 MORE on their power bill with a home 300 sqft less space.  So either way, we did good!

The only annoying thing is sitting on our back porch in the evening and listening to the neighbor's AC come on!
