reviewed January 1, 2009 at 7:11 pm This should be on the shelves of even the most carnivorous creatures! The cupcakes that are created from this magical little book are nothing short of genius! I was hesitant at first but, once I made the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cupcakes with some left over pumpkin I had I was hooked for life. I don't think I will ever make another non-vegan cupcake as long as I live....Just a taste of the delicious recipes included: Low Fat Vanilla, Gingerbread, Green Tea, Banana Split, Chocolate Mint and oh so much more!
