Steaz Organic Iced Teaz

I know you can get a can of soda for $0.12, but getting decent organic tea often costs a pretty penny. For 16 oz, $1.79 is decent to me. I wasn't thrilled with the Steaz's Orange Energy drink, but the Mint Green tea version is delicioso.

I'll definitely pick up more on the regular.

Steaz Organic Iced Teaz are great.  Thus far, I've only had two of the green tea kinds but both are excellent and I have a few more cans waiting for me in my fridge.  It's definitely some of the best green tea I've ever had.  It's a hint sweet but it's not too much.  It's also not bitter the way some green tea can be.  It's very light and refreshing.

I first got a chance to taste Steaz Organic Iced Tea at the San Francisco Green Festival.  I have to admit, I was intrigued because they were one of the only companies there giving away full cans as samples.  I asked one of the gents working the booth which his favorite was.  He gave me the Green Tea flavored with Mint.  He also proceeded to tell me that the tea is fair trade, which you can see from the can because each one features a picture of one of their farmers.  "And you can tell they're happy, because they're smiling."  In any case, it is pretty cool to see some of the farmers they work with and you get one or two sentances on the back about them.  So bonus points for Steaz being both organic and fair trade (and vegan too).

So all in all...it's a great iced tea.  I would highly recommend it.
