Pencils made from 100% recycled rolled newspapers instead of wood! You can even see the layers of newspaper when you sharpen them! They come in all sorts of fun scents including rootbeer, bubblegum and grape. Not only do they smell great they are good for the environment too! Saving trees one pencil at a time!

I bought these for my son's stocking at Christmas and I can't stop pulling them out to smell them!  They are all around awesome and would make a great eco-friendly gift for any school age child!  My son goes through a lot of pencils and it makes me happy to know that at least we aren't using tree made supplies to get his everyday homework completed!  
 
My only concern is the plastic tubing surrounding them....it is necessary to preserve the gourmet scent, however I don't see anywhere that it is post-consumer or corn plastic so it is kind of an eco thumbs down on that aspect.  Otherwise FANTASTIC!
