I have read MANY "diet" & health books out there and none compare to this book. Freedman & Barnouin are blunt yet funny and they make everything easy to read, and digest. I love, love, love the fact that they talk about the importance of organic foods and they tell you all of the behind the scenes stuff that the USDA, FDA, Dairy & Meat industries don't want you know. This book really changed they way I think about food. I have even discovered a love for new foods that I never even liked before because as they put it "my tastebuds have healed". And of course a huge bonus is that my jeans are fitting better too! ;)
