QualiTEAS

I am very familar with this company. They only purchase high end teas. Management TEAm are all over-acheivers and truely care about their Republic. They are constantly looking at how to get greener. I do know that they use the tea bag paper waste web from their machines as packing on smaller UPS shipments, vs. throwing it in a landfill. Their teabags are round...no string, no tag.....as these additons are not necessary in the pursuit of a good cuppa! I suggest those not citizens of The Republic....consider defecting!

Pros: containers can be reused as pencil cups

Cons: a little on the pricey side
Decent tea but nothing really to write home about

I've gone through a number of cans/containers of Republic of Tea tea.  They always seem to end up in Christmas stockings in my family.  In any case, the last kinds I finished off were the Republic of Tea Good Hope Vanilla (Red Tea - African Rooibos Herb) and some kind of acai tea.  I like the fact that the teas are all natural and packaged in unbleached tea bags.  I also like the fact that you can reuse the containers as pencil cups.  Ultimately, I haven't found one of their teas to totally rock my socks but they're very pleasant, albeit a little on the pricier side.  I've been shopping around for teas and I can't say Republic of Tea has been my #1 but I can say I'd probably buy their teas again.

hands down the best teas around.  they have an incredible variety of flavors.  not all flavors are certified organic (check out this link to see the organic ones, specifically).  among the organic ones, my favorite is the "double green matcha tea."  it is so good, nutty, delicious.

i also like some of the non-organic flavors (also good because they're fair trade).  my favorite is the vanilla almond african rooibos...amazing on its own and especially with desserts.  yum!

I was turned on to this brand through Panera Bread and now buy it to stock at home.  Excellent tea and my favorite thus far!  Earl Greyer tastes fantastic.
