This soy milk has a great taste. I'm a believer in moderation. I like to swich up my milk alternatives. One week I'll have soy, the next I'll have rice or almond, etc. The great thing about Eden that no other company offers is that in their "enriched" version they use beta carateen and NOT synthetic vitamin A. This is the only brand I will choose an enriched (which they call "Extra") form of milk. For those of you looking for natural all the way, this is it.
