Exemplary skillet

I bought this 8 inch skillet to do lots of cooking for one.  I wanted a skillet that was non-stick but not teflon.  This one is great.  Cooks food well, cleans up in a jiffy, has a good weight to it so it doesn't feel cheap, is PTFE and PFOA free.  I plan on giving one each to my kids I like it so well.  I even recommended it to a perfect stranger in a store recently as she was about to buy one at the register.  You go, Cuisinart.  WE all ahve to get on this band-wagon.
