I had the pleasure of meeting the founder of Cha Doa Tea a while back when I saw him give his investor pitch to raise money to increase the production of his teas. The guy had a tremendous amount of passion for creating high quality, extra fresh tea.

I've become a stickler for ingredient lists and the Cha Dao Japanese Green Tea contains "purified water, organic sencha tea leaves" and that's it. Works for me. There's even a "Best if used by:" sticker on the top. That's nice to see because there's something unsettling about drinking something with a 15 year shelf-life.
