User Reviews: Burt's Bees Peach and Willowbark Deep Pore Scrub
All User Reviews
I used to use St. Ives Apricot face scrub, and this is a very similar product, but much more natural. Even my husband likes to use it occasionally! My skin feels clean and smoother afterward. The willowbark is a natural source of salicylic acid. It's supposed to increase circulation and replenish essential minerals. I used it about 2x/week.
Gentle, works great, no redness, smells amazing, also, almost all natural!
i love it so much!it leaves a thin layer of residue, but i think its normal, but just in case try using the garden tomato toner...its amazing!
I love this stuff! I have it in my shower right now and I'll probably get a new bottle soon. I really like Burt's Bees products in general, and this seems to be no exception.
You only need about a nickel size dollop to do the job. The ground peach stone is very effective and serves as a gentle and natural exfoliant. The creamy texture is nice and spreads well over the face and the scent is very mild. I have extremely sensitive skin and this cleanser give me no problems at all.
The one thing that I noticed after using this product regularly (almost once a day) is that I don't need to use a facial moisturizer when I get out of the shower. A lot of other cleansers that I have tried in the past leave my skin feeling clean, but kind of tight and dry. I have used moisturizers regularly throughout my life, but recently it's been more of an occasional necessity.
My skin feels vibrant, healthy, and clean!
