I have even made my own soap and beauty products following the recipes in it. Most are easy to make with ingredients that are easy to find. It is the most comprehensive book I know on the subject out there. It has tips on removing toxins from your house and even green gardening. If you are going to buy one book about green living, this should be it! I highly recommend it!
