I recently replaced an ancient shower head with the 3 function FloWise by american Standard. The water pressure in my house is was above normal and I figured this would be a good way to save water quickly. I was right. Even at the lowest setting (which I now leave it on) it gives a great shower. Installation was easy with a loop wrench and some teflon tape. Another added benefit of using a low-flow showerhead is that your hot water lasts much longer (if you have a hot water heater with a tank.)
I would (and have ) highly reccomend this very low cost way to save water (without losing a good shower experience.)
