CNN names top 8 electric scooters

Making the CNN list are the Zapino, Vectrix, and Enertia.  Nothing too Earth-shattering, I just thought it was cool to see CNN doing a story on electric scooters.

Very cool indeed that they did a story on scooters.  I think I read something yesterday about some Scottish police forces (or patrol men or something) switching over to riding Vectrix scooters.
