Does anyone know how to sell carbon offsets produced by solar or windpower?

I have looked and I have found plenty of people that want to sell carbon offsets but where can I sell them?  Is there a broker out there that buys from the little guy?

 I haven't seen or read anything like that. From my experience in India you have to jump through a bunch of hoops and red tape to be able to list anything and the brokers I have met or read about are only interested in large volumes. Getting your carbon certified as being legitimate is a big deal in itself.
