After a long court battle, the Minnesota Supreme Court ruled this morning that Al Franken should be certified as the winner of the state senate race, and a few hours later Norm Coleman finally conceeded. Franken is now senator-elect of Minnesota, and will give the Democrats the fillibuster-proof 60 seats in the Senate, assuming they can all remain united.
