Hi everyone,

I'm on the lookout for a sunscreen for my little ones that is good, affordable and, after reading this thread, biodegradable. Any suggestions?

Looking into my own question, I came across EWG's list of top 10 natural sunscreens. Here's a wiki article on it.I would love to read some more consumer reviews from people who have tried any of these brands.

EWG has rated top 10 sunscreen which are natural and non-toxic, among which Soleo organics is the top most brand followed by Badger, UV natural, Mexitan, Lavera etc., However I am not sure if they have sunscreen for kids as a special category. Have to check it out.

I found this article about natural suncreens that I found helpful  we ended up getting the California baby brand, mostly because it is one of the few that are also water resistant.  I know that we will still have to reapply but it makes me feel better when they are in the pool for a few hours that its water resistant.  Just and FYI while I was on this site I also found a great article about natural bug sprays something that we are battling this summer with all the rain!!!
