You got it. We were talking about the idea of submitting a false scientific paper to a website that exclusively publishes disinformation about global warming, in order to show that these kinds of sites do not have very high standards for their content and so do not deserve credibility.

I have heard of major publications submitting joke articles, especially around April Fool's, and fooling thousands of readers.  I think you could pull it off.
