If you walk down the pharmacy aisle at your local drug store, you'll see countless types of medicines and remedies for everything from the common cold to high blood pressure.  But what about some natural ways to keep you and your family healthy?

In our second week of "Complete Idiot's Guide" author interviews, we're collecting questions for Chrystle Fiedler, author of The Complete Idiot's Guide To Natural Remedies.

Even though we're (hopefully) leaving flu season behind us, what questions to you have?

Things to remember:

  • Make sure to submit only 1 question per post (but feel free to ask as many questions as you like)

We'll send the best questions over to Chrystle and post her answers ASAP.

Check out the Interview Guidelines for a bit more help if you need it. Good luck - may the best questions win!
